I was thinking back to the times when I used to sing "My country tis of thee" in school. There is a third verse, one that was replaced by the author before it went to press. I think that people should reflect on it, and remember when a small set of colonies took on the world to earn the right to be free. Funny that 230 years later, we are the ones trying to force OUR beliefs on others. The more things change, the more they stay the same. Here is the original 3rd verse to "My country tis of thee".
No more shall tyrants here
With haughty steps appear
And soldier bands.
No more shall tyrants dread
Above the patriot dead;
No more our blood be shed
By alien hands.
I love America, and fight for its security everyday. I just wonder sometimes how 'right' we are by what we do to the rest of the world.

Thanks for the watch!

The cold moon, in full magnificence
Hears the cries in the night
And no angel climbs down
Only the rain cries at the grave - Rammstein's Spieluhr
